I offer video therapy (and phone therapy) for people from all over Europe. As a professional life coach trained in TEAM-CBT Therapy I use the TEAM-CBT approach to treat depression and anxiety as well as working with habits, addictions and relationship issues.

​I find TEAM-CBT to be a beautiful framework for therapy as it brings both relief and understanding of the suffering experienced. It's a warm, playful, innovative and powerful framework that brings insights that last.

Not yet familiar with TEAM-CBT?
TEAM stands for: Testing, Empathy, Agenda Setting and Methods". Through (T)esting, we assess your symptoms and feelings before and after each session in order to measure progress. The next step is providing (E)mpathy. In order for you to feel fully understood and listened to, you'll always be given as much time and space in each session to share what's on your heart. Through (A)genda setting or (A)ssessment of resistance we bring to light to the resistance many of us feel in the face of change. Some people find that there are even some advantages to their symptoms, that they might protect them from being hurt or making mistakes. Paradoxically, this new insight often paves the way for the change we are longing for. 

In the part called (M)ethods, we use a combination of several powerful cognitive behavioural methods among many other tools from different schools of therapy, to bring understanding and relief from suffering.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We start with a free 30 min phone consultation. If we decide to work together, we book a first 2,5 hour session (2.100 SEK) to start with. By doing double or even triple sessions at a time, we get faster results in shorter amount of time. I offer both video therapy or phone therapy and/or a combination of both as it suits you. Most of my clients stick with the longer sessions, but some prefer to proceed with shorter sessions, either 60 min (990 SEK) or 90 min (1.300 SEK).
